At Blockwelt, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, with tags and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.

Cancellations
Cancellation is no longer possible after order processing, as our warehouse operates automatically. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
