General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Blockwelt

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website blockwelt.com by consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email or upon delivery of the goods.

Prices and shipping costs

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during the order process.

Delivery

Right of withdrawal

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery of the goods. We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual clauses of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.
